(Note: Custom Shower is an upgrade)
2. SHOWER LIGHT in all stand alone showers.
3. Quality “Shaker” style frameless Maple/MDF vanities as manufactured by Triangle Kitchens (or equal). Vanity tops to be “ Hanstone” solid surface, complete with porcelain under mounted sinks as manufactured by Sticks & Stones Manufacturing. Faucets to be chrome, as manufactured by Moen (or equal). As per builder’s samples.
4. Quality white fixtures as manufactured by American Standard (or equal), as per builder’s samples.
5. Single lever chrome, pressure balanced tub and shower faucets as manufactured by Moen (or equal) as per builder’s samples.
6. VANITY LIGHTING and MIRROR over vanity.
7. Bathroom accessories to include towel bar, tissue dispenser and soap holder.
8. Bathroom to have exhaust fan vented to exterior.
