As per builder’s samples.
2. Main bathroom to have bathtub (white) as manufactured by American Standard (or equal). Tub surround to have 10”x16” ceramic wall tile (extended to full ceiling height), “Cafe” series as manufactured by Bellavita Ceramics (or equal) as per builder’s samples.
3. Floor tile to be 20”x20” ceramic tile, “Cafe” series as manufactured by Bellavita Ceramics (or equal) as per builders samples.
4. Quality white fixtures throughout.
5. Single lever chrome, pressure balanced tub and shower faucets as manufactured by Moen (or equal) as per builder’s samples.
6. VANITY LIGHTING and MIRROR over vanity.
7. Ceramic bathroom accessories to include towel bar, tissue dispenser and soap holder.
