5. Foyer, Kitchen, and bathroom floors- “Cafe” series 20”x20” glazed porcelain floor tiles as manufactured by Bellavita Ceramics (or equal) as per builders samples.

6. Den - “Florence” 3/8” Cork floating floor as manufactured by Torly’s (or equal) as per builders samples.

7. All interior doors are white three panel, smooth finish doors, complete with pewter levered passage sets.

8. STYLISH 2 3/4” CASING and 4 1/4” BASEBOARDS throughout.

9. All baseboards, casing, and doors to be painted with premium semi-gloss latex cc 30 Oxford White

10. Premium quality low sheen paint in all areas except bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room where Satin Latex cc30 Oxford White paint will be used. Choice of 3 colours (as per builder samples).

11. SMOOTH FINISH CEILINGS IN FOYER, KITCHEN, LVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, and BATHROOMS painted with Latex Flat cc 30 Oxford White paint.

12. GARDEN/PATIO DOOR to all PRIVATE BALCONIES as per plan.

13. PRIVATE PATIOS and ENCLOSED GARDEN AREAS as per applicable plans.

14. All window glazing will be Low E.

15. Entry doors into suites are all solid core, fire rated, oak veneer doors.

16. Note all appliances supplied and installed by purchasers.
